The experience I had ultimately ruined my trip in ST Lucia. I really had the worst trip because of him. I booked the trip as I had seen the reviews so I almost felt comfortable booking. We kept in contact until I got to St Lucia. Because I’m not from St Lucia I hadn’t realised he overcharged me for my journey from the airport to my hotel. The next day he drove me around the north of St Lucia and asked for $160 dollars to drive me around the north which again is overpriced. But I paid anyways just not to have any issue. The 3rd day of using him was the worst day of my life. He was overcharging me to go Soufree so I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go with him. It took me 1 hour to decide if I wanted to go with him then eventually when I finally made a decision to go, he arrived at my hotel shouting telling me to hurry up or he’s leaving and he’s not taking me to soufree no more if I don’t hurry up. I got in his car and instantly he started shouting at me while my baby was in the car. Screaming at me and telling me off. Telling me why did I take so long. I was really scared, so I said if he continues to shout at me, he would have to drop me off back at the hotel, and he said if I have to drop you back at the hotel I’ll be charging you $60. So I said that’s fine you can drop me anywhere and I’ll make my way back to the hotel. Eventually, he said he will drive me back to soufree and complete the tour. As we were driving he touched my leg in front of my child, and was talking sexual things and harassing me making me feel uncomfortable as a single lady with my child. He told me he wanted to sleep with me and started detailing all the things he would do to me while my baby was in my hand. As I got out for the tour he also looked for opportunities to my backside. As the trip went on he started shouting at me again saying I shouldn’t eat in his car and not to get it messy. But of course my baby is young. And with young kids mess can come. He started shouting and started to get aggressive, so I called my mother off the wifi on his phone. As he heard me call my mum, he switched off his WiFi so I couldn’t speak to my mum. My mum then tried to contact St Lucia police and also tried to contact him to understand what he was doing to me as she heard him screaming at me, and then the phone went silent. When he spoke to my mum as she called him, he tried to be manipulative and act like he did nothing wrong. He ended up dropping me back at the hotel but I was frightened of him. This man is vile!! has a temper and he’s a predator he uses his company to pick up young women or women point blank period. Be very careful using him. I had to change the location of where I was staying in St Lucia because of his creepy, dark ways. We used Lenzie multiple times throughout our family stay in St Lucia and he was amazing every time! Lenzie was always prompt, arriving and departing on time. He was so passionate about St Lucia and really taught the whole family about so many different parts of the country and it's culture. Nothing was too much of an effort for Lenzie who was flexible with his timings, allowing us to stay on places where we felt we needed extra time an also even stopped to pick us mangos to give us a taste of local St Lucia. To add to this, Lenzie was prompt with his communication and extremely well priced, much cheaper than anything on offer from our hotel (Zoetry Marigot Bay). He is a kind, friendly and informative local and he looked out for me and my family every step of the way. He offers amazing prices and you can schedule future trips with him depending on his availability. After our last ride to the airport, 20 minutes before boarding, we realized that my younger brother left his phone in the van and Lenzie did not hesitate to make his way over. We were able to retrieve the phone and board our flight with time to spare, all thanks to him. We truly could not have asked for more.
